To complete the procedures for purchases on the website, you must follow the following steps:

  1. Provide you.r personal data, including your real name and last name, a valid mobile phone number, a valid email address, and details of payment and a valid address for collecting the bills and other information required as scheduled.
  2. You also acknowledge and warrant that the payment details you provide are valid, complete and correct, and confirm that you are the person referred to in the information and invoices submitted.
  3. The website is only available to the people who meet eligibility requirements and who hold a valid credit card issued by a bank or an approved entity, with the total price of the products they buy or delivery fees, if any. The products purchased are for personal use or as a gift only and may not be resold or used for commercial purposes or to achieve any other commercial gain. Morina reserves the right to impose restrictions on multiple quantities of a single item which are shipped to a customer or one specific address. (Please refer to the Privacy Policy for information on how we use your data).

The products available on the website, including any samples Morina may offer you, are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any products that you buy or obtain in any other way from Morina. In case we are unable, for any reason whatsoever, to provide a specific product after the submission of your request for the product, we will inform you as soon as possible to cancel your order completely.

• You can order maximum 3 pieces of the same product.

All applications are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order for any reason, including inaccuracy or existence of errors in the product or pricing information, or our inability to obtain permission to collect the price, or because there are restrictions on delivery that apply to a particular piece, or because the requested piece that we apply and is being withdrawn does not meet the eligibility criteria stipulated in the terms and conditions or because of any another problem we discover.

• Morina keeps a record of your transactions for at least one year.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email containing your order details. This email message is not an indication of acceptance to your request, but rather a confirmation that we have received your order. In case the order is not canceled between you and Morina, the acceptance of your request will have been completed when we finish filling it out. And that is complete when the products are sent to you, and at this point you will receive a second email to confirm that your order has been sent.

• We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason.

At the end of processing your order, you agree to accept and pay the full amount due for the product as indicated in your order, including any delivery fees that apply to this request, according to the company’s approved policy.

If there any changes in price, if any, after the final invoice is printed for the required product, then this change will be automatically reflected in the price and products that Morina offers for sale on the website.

 We accept the following payment methods:

  1. Cash on delivery. 
  2. Bank cards upon receipt. (All bank cards excluding trading and security.)

In case the credit card issuer refuses to authorize payment, we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery. We will cancel your order and contact you to choose an alternative method of payment with addition to any delivery fees, any change to the product price or any additional fee will be mentioned in your application form and invoice.

We undertake to use reasonable care to make the website safe. Rest assured that your credit card number will be protected with the protocols needed to encrypt your credit card data and provide a secure connection between internet browsers and websites. We will maintain sufficient security of your order data and the payment process, to the best of our ability, but in the absence of default on our part, we will not be held responsible for any loss that you may incur in the event that a third party gains unauthorized access to any data you provided upon accessing website or submitting a request through the website.

Morina handles the delivery of products in Libya: (Tripoli and Benghazi) within two to three days, taking into consideration Friday and public holidays, starting from the day you receive the confirmation email.

 All orders valued more than five hundred Libyan dinars (500LYD) will be delivered free, and that is within the cities of (Tripoli, Benghazi), so that Morina will be responsible for delivering orders according to these geographical areas specific and according to the available conditions.

 As for purchase orders valued less than five hundred Libyan dinars (500 LYD), the customer will have to pay the delivery fee. Upon receipt of (5LYD), taking into account the available location (geographical extension).

 In case no one is available to receive the order, you will have the option to arrange an alternate delivery date or obtain additional information about receiving it. If you are unable to receive your order on the second delivery attempt, you may have to pay an additional delivery fee for any further delivery attempt.

• Orders are delivered from Saturday to Thursday, excluding Friday and public holidays.

• The possibility of receiving the products from the nearest branch of Morina to you in Libya (Tripoli or Benghazi).

 Cancellation or Replacement Policy:

 At Morina: Our main goal is to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases.

We fully understand that sometimes you may change your mind regarding a purchase. If you change your mind before receiving your order, you only need to contact Customer Service on the number 0910359847 to cancel your order, and we will do our best, within reasonable limits, to cancel it, provided that your request has not been executed. Indeed. If this happens, we will treat the cancellation as a return. Please refer to the References section below for more information. In all cases, you can always contact our Customer Service representatives, and they will happily assist you.

You can exchange the products by returning it to the nearest Morina store near you, within (3 days) from the date you received your order, subject to Stock availability. The products returned to us must not have been used and must be in the same condition in which they were received, in their box or original packaging, along with the original invoice.

You may substitute this product for any other product provided that:

  • It has the same value. 
  • Its value is higher, in which case you will have to pay the price difference at the time of exchange.
  • The period for completing the review process for any item will be during the same day (24 hours only).

Morina does not make any guarantees regarding the accuracy of the content posted on the website, nor does it warrant or guarantee that this content will be error-free. Morina does not guarantee that your use of the content does not violate the rights of third parties. Morina does not guarantee that the website or its content are free from errors, nor does it guarantee that the website or server will be free from viruses or other harmful elements.
